I agreed to ride with Matt to Raleigh today so that he wouldn't have to spend the night in a hotel in a strange city alone. (He has his physical fitness test for the NC Highway Patrol tomorrow.) At 2:00, I left work thinking he would be about ready to leave. Sigh...I get home and he is not even here. He arrives shortly; however, so I think we are about to go. Think again. He'd bought a CD player and began installing it in that little Corolla....said it wouldn't take but a few minutes. Of course (as always) he's run into some wiring difficulty...and at 3:15, we still have not left. Grrrrr....I could have stayed at work!!

Trying something new

I thought I'd give this blogging thing a whirl. I have absolutely no idea how to go about doing this...so it is all a trial and error thing. After looking at a couple blogs done by other folks, I just decided to give it a go. Sooooo...here I am.
